Cellulaze individual results may vary

Does it work?

Cellulaze works for the right candidate. Cellulaze is the only cellulite treatment that directly attacks the structure of cellulite. Before Cellulaze, there were hundreds of products made to combat cellulite. Various creams, gels, wraps and also devices (Smooth Shapes, Velashape, etc.) are among the hundreds of treatments promising results. These products showed little to no benefit, providing only temporary improvement if any. These products were unsuccessful because they did not target the structure of cellulite.

Who is the best candidate for Cellulaze?

The ideal candidate for Cellulaze is an individual in good health with true cellulite and no skin laxity or varicose veins.

How long does the procedure take?

It typically takes approximately 45 minutes per area treated depending on the size of the targeted area.

Does it hurt?

Dr. Miller uses a layering technique for injecting the local anesthesia for this procedure. This technique results in minimal discomfort. Some patients report feeling light pressure if they feel anything at all. The technique prevents severe bruising and pigmentation that were once associated with this procedure.

What is the downtime for this procedure?

Patients can expect to feel a little sore after the procedure. Normal activities are usually resumed within a day or two.

How many treatments are required?

Cellulaze only requires one treatment. Most patients begin seeing results in six months. They will continue to improve over a period of twelve to twenty four months following the procedure.

How long do the results last?

Cellulaze realigns the collagen matrix. Because of this if patients stay out of the sun, eat well, and maintain a healthy lifestyle the results will be long lasting.

What are the risks and complications associated with the Cellulaze procedure?

There is always a risk for complications when you make openings in the skin. Patients can expect to have minimal bruising following the procedure. Dr. Miller has performed hundreds of Cellulaze procedures and has yet to see any major complications.

Will there be any scarring?

The small openings that Dr. Miller makes in the skin are less than five millimeters in width and they heal through a normal process. The openings are usually not seen in a normal healing individual after six months.

Are there any alternatives to Cellulaze?

Cellulaze is the only FDA approved minimally invasive procedure to eliminate cellulite. Currently there are no comparable treatments.

What is the cost?

The cost for the Cellulaze procedure starts at $2500 per area. This will vary based on the size of the area and the number of areas treated.
