Jenny
Jenny is the Director of Renewal Body and assists Dr. Miller in strategizing and implementing new business objectives for the company while managing and directing the day to day business operations. Having over a decade of experience in the aesthetics industry, Jenny has brought new ideas into the office and has helped amplify our processes from marketing and sales to the overarching patient experience.
Leading with a gentle spirit and a smile always on her face, Jenny brings a brightness to the space while keeping the office running smoothly. She is very personable and every time we hear her talking to a patient, it's like she's talking to a friend. She said, “It’s so nice to work with a team whose hearts all beat for the same thing and that’s to make our patients feel understood, valued and cared for from their first phone call to their last post op appointment, and beyond!”
Outside of the office, Jenny enjoys going out to eat, traveling, practicing yoga and spending quality time with her daughter and husband.
Rachael
Rachael is our Chief of Clinical Operations and has been with Renewal Body Contouring since 2019. Ever since Rachael was a little girl, she always had a heart for helping others and meeting people where they're at. It’s not surprising that patient care comes so authentically natural to her because she truly cares for each and every patient like they’re family. Rachael brings an empathetic approach and a sweet spirit to everything she does! She truly makes our patients feel heard, valued, understood and cared for.
She loves walking alongside our patients all through their surgical journey. From the moment they walk in the door to their last post op appointment, Rachael is there. She said, “I consider it an honor to be a part of the patient’s experience here at Renewal. Connecting and conversations are my favorite!”
When she’s not at work, Rachael enjoys being outside with her ducks and chickens on her farm, and spending time with her husband.
Cierra
Cierra is our Medical Assistant and NC State intern here at Renewal Body Contouring. She has brought a fresh, youthful energy into the space and we’re grateful to have her as part of our team.
Cierra is highly motivated and has a clear vision of her future in becoming a Physician Assistant. She said “I have been so lucky to find such a great staff that's willing to teach me and prepare me for Physician Assistant School. I have felt so welcomed here and had so many opportunities to grow and learn.”
When Cierra isn’t helping around the office, she loves trying new restaurants in the Raleigh area, being outside, hanging out with animals, and being a student at NC State.
